Let me start with Truman Show, although the glitch appears only on some posters (namely South Korean) and mainly Laserdisc cover. Look at the right edge of the poster, approximately in the middle height where the bus is. The perspective of the whole road around is totally off and reminds of world bending in Inception.
One more example of unfortunate Photoshop fail is Roma Criterion cover. Although the design of the cover is very pleasing, there are accidentally two suns behind the character.
It is especially visible when making a comparison with original photo.
